How To: Style White Jeans!

Its time to let go of your fear of red wine spills and dirty chairs and invest in a pair of white jeans this summer! Once you take the leap and purchase your own pair, you won't look back. Keep reading below to find out tips on the different ways we would style white jeans!

White On White - Don't be afraid to try out white on white, its fierce! When picking put accessories for this monochromatic palette try to stick to neutral colors such as tan and black.

Color - Work a colorful mix! A vibrant colorful blazer or blouse will really compliment the white jeans. Have fun with this style and add a couple different fun colors, such as a purple blouse and a teal necklace! Don't forget to add some heels, either a neutral color or a color that matches your blouse.

Fun Prints - Go for some printed tops! We absolutely love this duo together, whether its floral, animal print or stripes, they all look amazing. The great thing about this style is its very easy, just add a printed top, fun necklace and some cute wedges or flats and your good to go!

Casual - Last but certainly not least, just keep it casual! All this look needs is a basic tee, layered necklaces and some flat sandals. You can also go a little preppy and wear a chambray shirt, looks classic and chic. If its a little chilly outside you can alwasy swap out the necklaces for colorful scarf.

Tracy Reese Cardigan, Ann Taylor Blouse, LOFT pants, Coach bag, Sandals, Alexis Bittar earrings

When I find a cardigan with any kind of feminine, unique, or colorful details, I can't resist the thought of leaving the store without it! I was so lucky to find this Tracy Reese jeweled cardi at a consignment shop nearby. Although it has neutral colors it doesn't pair well with pastels. This rich wine colored blouse is the perfect combo to help bring this jeweled cardi to life!

Look for Less: Jessica Alba's Printed Pants

Recently, Jessica Alba has been having a love affair with printed pants. And we can get enough of it! Our styling clients have also been eager to adopt this bold fashion statement. As well they should! It is a fun and feminine way to refresh your Spring wardrobe with minimal investment. Sure, you could spend hundreds of dollars on designer pants, but why do that when there are more affordable options available pretty much wherever you look!

The key to this look is to keep it cropped! All of Jessica's looks hit at or above the ankle. The shape can be skinny or straight legged. These pants come in a variety of fabrics from denim to khaki and even silk. We do NOT recommend the legging variety. They material is too thin are rarely flattering.

As you can see, heels pair perfectly with the cropped length of the pant. However, flats can be just as nice.  Think Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face. Because the print is bold, let it be the focus of the outfit and pair it with solid tops. I love how Jessica pairs leather pieces to add a bit of edge to the feminine florals. For a more casual look, a basic tank or tee will do, but don't forget to accessorize!

Spring Jackets 2013

Spring weather is known for being unpredictable - one day its raining, the next its a perfect sunny day. This is why investing in some lightweight jackets for the seasons cooler days is strongly advised! So what are some key styles to look for? We can turn to the runway for some inspiration and also well dressed celebrities. Spring jackets this season are ranging from your classic jean jacket to colorful bright colors.

Utility Jackets- when shopping for utility jackets in the spring you should look for light weight fabrics and in lighter shades. Look for Olive, Khaki, Grey and even Blue.

Black & White - black and white is one of the biggest trends this spring so when looking for jackets keep in mind this color duo.

Jean Jackets- you can never go wrong with a classic jean jacket. This should be a staple in every women's closet, so invest this spring in a good jean jacket that will never go out of trend!

Ruffles - when shopping for some fun spring jackets keep in mind that ruffles were really big on the runway this season. Ruffles are a great way to express your flirty feminine side, just make sure not to over do it!

Colorful Jackets- play up your wardrobe this season with bright colorful jackets. Well dressed celebrities are frequently spotted wearing colorful jackets all over the magazines this season, don't miss out!

Motorcycle Jackets- you can still pull of motorcycle jackets in the spring, just try purchasing some in lighter shades such as white, purple or pink! Keep your classic black one for when you go out at night.

Flirty Silhouettes- believe it or not peplum's are still a major trend right now. When shopping for you jackets this season look for some feminine silhouettes, such as the peplum, to show off your feminine figure.
